If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Service Description
VitaConsult AI is an AI-powered health and longevity consultation platform that provides:
• General Wellness Consultation: AI-generated health information and lifestyle guidance accessible to all registered users.
• Professional Health Consultation: Advanced clinical-grade health information designed for verified health professionals.
• Knowledge Base: A curated collection of health and longevity research materials.
• Consultation History: Storage and retrieval of past consultation sessions.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information during registration
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
5. Subscription & Payment Terms
Free Tier: Basic access to the General Wellness Consultation mode with limited features.
Standard Plan ($9.90/month or $99/year): Enhanced access including full consultation history, priority responses, and additional features.
Premium Plan ($19.90/month or $199/year): Full access to all features including Professional Health Consultation mode, advanced knowledge base, and priority support.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed through Airwallex. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period.
6. Refund Policy
Within 7 Days: If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. This applies to first-time purchases only.
After 7 Days: Refunds are generally not available after the 7-day period. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Misrepresent your professional qualifications to access the Professional Consultation mode
• Use the Service to generate content that is harmful, misleading, or violates third-party rights
• Rely on AI-generated responses as a substitute for professional medical advice
8. Intellectual Property
Our Content: The Service, including its design, code, AI models, knowledge base content, and branding, is owned by VitaConsult AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Your Content: You retain ownership of the questions and information you provide during consultations. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
AI-Generated Content: Responses generated by the AI are provided for your personal use. You may use AI-generated responses for personal health decisions but may not commercially redistribute them without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
No Medical Advice: The Service provides AI-generated health information for educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We are not responsible for any health decisions made based on information provided by the Service.
Service Availability: We strive to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, data loss, or technical issues.
Maximum Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VitaConsult AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:
• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period (30 days)
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect (including Sections 8, 9, 10, and 12)
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VitaConsult AI operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration authority. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
